The distribution, utilization and/or publication of the technical specifications beyond the contractually stipulated purpose shall require prior written authorization by TVI Services Limited. In the distribution, utilization, and/or publication the ordering party shall be liable to comply with legal provisions. The ordering party shall in this respect indemnify and hold harmless TVI Services Limited from any possible claims by third parties. TVI Services Limited is committed to protecting any information obtained and to being transparent about the information we are collecting and what is done with it within the requirements of the applicable legal regulations.

Additional information concerning the mailing addresses of the responsible person in electronic format (email) and / or hardcopy format are only used for despatching of the relevant reports and invoicing purposes. Contact telephone numbers (mobile or landline) are used for the scheduling of inspections as requested / instructed by the responsible person. This information is kept safe and in accordance with existing General Data Protection Regulations.

The distribution of the final report/certificate shall be only distributed to the parties concerned namely the owners of the equipment undergoing the inspection, the relevant authorities (OHSA,  MCCAA & NAB-MALTA) and the individual or company undertaking any repair/maintenance works on the inspected equipment. TVI Services is not involved in the design or manufacturing or installation within the vertical transportation industry or other industries. TVI Services Limited is not linked to any supplier, installer, owner, purchaser and/or maintainer of equipment.
